As diverse as the cultures of the world are when it comes to cuisine, one constant that I have seen in every one is the egg. Eggs are fantastic anytime of day, breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. They can be cooked in so many different ways! I really enjoy a frittata or a quiche for dinner. I always add eggs to my tuna salad, and boiled eggs are a snack in my refrigerator at all times. But lets talk about breakfast, here are some ideas besides your basic scrambled or sunny side up eggs, sure to delight you and your family. I seriously in love with the idea of frying eggs inside of something else. My mother made us cowboy eggs, eggs fried in toast with a hole in it when we were little. But with the health consciousness of today, and so many people not eating bread, it has been replaced with rings of onion, or bell pepper, or even zucchini.
