When I come to think of the serious amounts of time I spend in the kitchen cooking for my husband and our two kids, its ridiculous. I can honestly say the kitchen is definitely the room I spend most of my time when Im in our home, since I try my best to serve home cooked meals to my family on daily basis. Thus, Im always looking for new tips, tricks and real life hacks on cooking, storing and cleaning up the kitchen space.
I recently came across an interesting article posted on howdoesshe.com. The article lists a total of 18 real life hacks for the kitchen, all of which are absolutely genius. I loved the idea to use nonstick baking spray on measuring cups in order to prevent them from getting sticky whenever youre using butter, syrups or honey. I also found the 3-steps garlic peeling tutorial to be absolutely magical and I never even thought that you could use an apple slicer to easily cut potatoes! Seriously, all of these ideas are absolutely genius!

You should definitely check them out, regardless of how much (or how little) time youre spending in the kitchen!
