Right now, one of the best ways to get my kids to eat a healthy snack is to include a stick of string cheese. Its delicious, its salty, its fun to pull apart the strings and see how long you can make it last. I must admit, I sneak one from time to time as well. They are just so good. I bet Im not the only one who wishes they were a little more grown up! I decided that there must be fun recipes to use them in, and I was right! I found so many great ones right here! Cut into little pieces and added with some pepperoni or other pizza toppings, wrapped up in some dough gives you fantastic little pizza bites! Yum! Or you can cut them into pieces and bread them for fried mozzarella balls! I dont know any kid or adult that doesnt love fried cheese! For a healthy snack or side dish, core and seed some bell peppers and fill them with the cheese and bake! A delicious, healthy dish! You know how when you make homemade pizza or cheese toast, and a little cheese drips onto the pan and gets all brown and crispy? Thats my favorite part! I am so glad to have found a recipe to make that on purpose in cracker form. And the best part is that they can be made in the microwave! I know Im going to have fun trying all of these delicious cheese creations! See them all.
